Serving the community since 1997

Now in existence for over 20 years, Monumental Toy Drive, a 501c(3) nonprofit, continues to strive to expand its program and offerings to the community.

Every year, we have been providing holiday gifts to low-income families with children in grades K–5. Along with the Christmas Toy Drive, Monumental Toy Drive has also provided backpacks, school supplies, summer events, and more for these same children. Our goal is to continue to expand the number of children and families we are able to serve as well as the ways we can meet their needs.

While we already serve children attending local elementary schools in the city of Concord, our passion is to extend our reach to as many underprivileged families in our community as possible. Only with the help of the community can we achieve this.

  • ANNUAL TOY DRIVE

    This program provides holiday gifts for low-income families in grades K-5 from nine elementary schools in Concord.

  • SPORTS CAMPS

    Kid's from the community are invited to join us, throughout the year, for free day camps with training from professional athletes.

  • SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE

    In support of education, we are taking donations of school supplies and backpacks to help children in need.

History

1997 -

The City of Concord and Concord Police Department establish the Monumental Toy Drive

2008

-

The City of Concord passes leadership of the program to Harvest Church

2014 -

Monumental Toy Drive established as an independent non-profit organization with the support of community leaders

2018 -

We host our first Soccer Camp

2019 -

We host our first Easter event with games, prizes, and over 5,000 eggs!

2020 -

Monumental Toy Drive was able to work within County and City guidelines to ensure our annual christmas event continued

2021-

Monumental Toy Drive hosted a 2.5k / 5k fundraiser “Monumental Steps” to raise money for Monumental Toy Drive

2022 -

Monumental Toy Drive was awarded best charity of Concord
